And yes, Goyito (Chef) is always at the forefront, knife in hand, taking care of every detail as if everything depended on it. The menu has everything, but if you want to play in the big leagues, order any roll with scallops. It is a soft, fresh bite and so well balanced that for a moment you forget about all your problems. Now, I'm not going to lie to you: IT'S NOT CHEAP, but it's worth it. This is not the place to come to save, it is to treat yourself as God intended. In short, Chef Goyito doesn't play.
